ChesedChicago 2026 Tesla Raffle Official Rules & Regulations

You are responsible for reading these official rules and regulations.
Note: The purchase of a raffle ticket (Standard or Supercharged) is not treated as a tax-deductible contribution by the IRS.

This raffle is intended to be conducted in accordance with the Illinois Raffles and Poker Runs Act, 230 ILCS 15/0.01 et seq., and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, ordinances, and licensing requirements. ChesedChicago’s obligations under these Official Rules are subject to, and conditioned upon, compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. ChesedChicago reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, postpone, or terminate the raffle, or to modify the method of prize award, if ChesedChicago determines, in its sole discretion, that doing so is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law, governmental guidance, licensing requirements, or the direction of any governmental authority. In such event, ChesedChicago shall have no liability except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules.

Complete full first and last name, email address, and phone number must be entered in order for the ticket to be an eligible raffle entry.

The Tesla Raffle Drawing will be held on Monday evening, July 13, 2026. The drawing is limited to a maximum of 9,999 entrants. The odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold.

By purchasing or accepting a raffle ticket, each entrant represents and warrants that he or she is at least twenty-one (21) years of age, is legally eligible to participate in the raffle, is not prohibited by applicable law or these Official Rules from participating, and has provided true, accurate, and complete contact and eligibility information. ChesedChicago may disqualify any entrant or winner who fails to satisfy these requirements or whose entry information is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, illegible, or unverifiable.

The Grand Prize winner will choose to receive either
(1) His or her choice of a Tesla Model 3, Tesla Model Y, Tesla Cybertruck, or Electric Vehicle of their choice (collectively referred to as the “Tesla Grand Prize”); or
(2) An “Alternate Grand Prize” of a certified check in the amount of $50,000.00 USD.
These prizes are the only prizes that can and will be offered.

a. The Tesla Grand Prize shall be the winner’s choice of a Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Tesla Cybertruck, or Electric Vehicle of their choice. As of June 24, 2026, additional eligible EV prize options include the Rivian R1T, Rivian R1S, Rivian R2, Lucid Air, Lucid Gravity, Cadillac LYRIQ, Cadillac VISTIQ, Genesis GV60 or ELECTRIFIED GV70, and any other EV whose total cost does not exceed $80,000 USD. Winner may choose the Tesla Grand Prize wherever Tesla or car of choice is sold.

b. Under no circumstances shall the total amount of the Tesla Grand Prize package exceed $80,000.00 USD including any associated fees as detailed earlier in this paragraph. The Grand Prize winner has the option to customize the vehicle beyond base model specifications if customization costs do not exceed the maximum Tesla Grand Prize value of $80,000.00 USD.

c. If any of the above-listed vehicles exceed the $80,000 USD limit at the time the prize is selected, the difference shall be the responsibility of the winner.

d. The Tesla Grand Prize winner shall be responsible for any and all charges, costs, taxes and fees over and above the $80,000 USD maximum. For more information on other eligible EVs, please visit the official website of the respective vehicle manufacturer.

e. The Tesla Grand Prize is only available in locations where Tesla or the selected vehicle manufacturer has authorized sales and delivery. If the winner resides in or selects a location where such vehicles are not sold or delivered, the winner will be responsible for any additional costs, logistics, or arrangements required to obtain the vehicle.

Supercharged Tickets
Entrants have the option to "Supercharge" their entry for an additional fee.
• Cost: A standard raffle ticket is $100. A Supercharged Ticket is $110.
• Benefit: If a Supercharged Ticket is selected as the Grand Prize winner, the winner will receive the "Enhanced Prize Package," which includes the Tesla Grand Prize (as defined below) plus the professional installation of a home EV charger.
• Limitations: The EV charger installation is only applicable if the winner selects the Tesla Grand Prize (vehicle). If a Supercharged Ticket winner selects the Alternate Grand Prize (cash), no additional compensation for the charger or installation will be provided.
• Additional Installation Terms: ChesedChicago will cover the cost of a standard home EV charger and standard installation up to a maximum of $2,000. Any additional costs related to installation, including but not limited to electrical upgrades, panel modifications, permitting complications, or any work required to bring the property up to code or to support charger installation, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. ChesedChicago assumes no responsibility and makes no representations or warranties as to the timeliness and fitness of the work performed pursuant to this paragraph.
o Any EV charger installation included in the Enhanced Prize Package shall be performed by a third-party contractor selected or approved by ChesedChicago in its sole discretion. ChesedChicago is not a contractor, electrician, installer, engineer, or code consultant, and makes no representation or warranty regarding the suitability of the winner’s home, electrical system, panel capacity, wiring, utility service, permitting status, or ability to receive or support an EV charger. The winner is solely responsible for obtaining any landlord, condominium association, homeowners’ association, utility, governmental, or other approvals required for installation. If the winner’s property is not suitable for standard installation, or if required approvals are not obtained within a reasonable time, ChesedChicago may satisfy the Enhanced Prize Package by providing only the standard charger equipment or by paying an amount determined by ChesedChicago not to exceed $2,000, and ChesedChicago shall have no further obligation with respect to installation.
To claim any prize offered by ChesedChicago the winner must present a valid driver’s license, Social Security number (or equivalent thereof), and proof of insurance. To claim the Alternate Grand Prize, the winner must present a Government-issued I.D. and Social Security number (or equivalent thereof). Regardless of the prize choice, the winner must submit a photo of themselves or video testimonial in order to claim the prize. Winners consent to the use of their names, likenesses and photographs without compensation for publicity purposes to help promote ChesedChicago and its programs.

As a condition to receiving any prize, the potential winner must timely complete, sign, notarize if requested, and return all documents reasonably required by ChesedChicago, including, as applicable, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, tax forms, liability release, publicity release, prize acceptance form, and any documents required to transfer, title, register, deliver, or report the prize. If a potential winner fails or refuses to complete such documents within the time required by ChesedChicago, is determined to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and ChesedChicago may select an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

All taxes, including all federal, state, local, sales, withholding tax, and any other taxes or government fees of any type whatsoever are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Insurance, licensing, registration, title fees and destination charges, any options not included with the Tesla Grand Prize and/or Enhanced Prize Package as awarded, and any other taxes or expenses not explicitly stated herein are the Tesla Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility. The winner is encouraged to consult with a tax advisor or specialist to determine tax consequences of any prize selection.

Sponsor is not responsible for any costs related to transferring the vehicle to the winner’s chosen Tesla Motors center of preference, as well as any costs related to Grand Prize winner’s transportation to collect or claim their prize.

Rules subject to change at any time and at ChesedChicago’s sole discretion. Winners consent to the use of their names, likenesses and photographs without compensation for publicity purposes to help promote ChesedChicago and its programs.

Raffle entrants and winners must be 21 years of age or older. Raffle contest void where prohibited.

ChesedChicago reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
Any prizes offered are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent of prizes are permitted. Prize draw dates, closing dates and times, and notification dates will be set out in the launch message and other accompanying content used to promote that particular prize draw and campaign. The prize will run from the date specified until the specified closing date and time. All entries received after the closing date and time will not be entered into the raffle. ChesedChicago reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require information to verify the legibility of an entry. Any prize may be withheld until ChesedChicago is satisfied with the verification. The winner(s) of the raffle will be selected at random from all eligible entries that are received before the closing date and time. The winner(s) will be notified by ChesedChicago via phone or email within 24 hours of raffle pull.
If ChesedChicago is unable to reach the winner(s) within 7 days of the initial notification then the prize will be deemed unclaimed and a new winner(s) may be drawn, at random.

ChesedChicago reserves the right at any time and from time to time to, at its sole discretion, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the raffle with or without prior notice for any reason whatsoever and in such event, a participant’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be to receive a refund of the full price paid by such participant for each ticket purchased without interest (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of ChesedChicago in all matters relating to the prize draw and any prize is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
ChesedChicago may prohibit an entrant from participating in the raffle or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the raffle by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or ChesedChicago’s representatives.
The Tesla Grand Prize is subject to availability, manufacturer production schedules, dealer availability, delivery restrictions, changes in law, and then-current pricing and fees. ChesedChicago is not responsible for any manufacturer delay, recall, discontinuation, change in specifications, inability to deliver, refusal by a dealer or manufacturer to complete a transaction, or any act or omission of Tesla, any other vehicle manufacturer, dealer, installer, delivery provider, or third-party service provider. If the selected vehicle is unavailable or cannot reasonably be obtained, ChesedChicago may, in its sole discretion, provide the Alternate Grand Prize or a substitute prize of comparable value, subject to the prize cap stated in these Official Rules.
LEGAL WARNING: Any attempt to deliberately damage any on-line entry or web site or to undermine the legitimate operations of the raffle is a violation of criminal & civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, ChesedChicago and/or Presenting Promoter(s) reserves the right to disqualify such entrant & seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

The ChesedChicago 2026 Tesla Raffle and these terms and conditions will be governed by Illinois law.

ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE TESLA RAFFLE OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (PURSUANT TO ITS EXPEDITED PROCEDURES) UNDER ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES AND CONDUCTED IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS. THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE FOR CONFIRMING SUCH AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS IN THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, CHESEDCHICAGO AND/OR ITS AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS OR REPRESENATIVES ARE NOT MAKING ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES IN ANY WAY REGARDING THE CONDITION OR FITNESS OF THE TESLA, AND CHESEDCHICAGO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE PRIZES PROVIDED BY CHICAGO CHESED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT WILL CHESEDCHICAGO AND/OR ITS AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS OR REPRESENATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY TYPE OF INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR, ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CHESEDCHICAGO’S LIABILITY TO HIM OR HER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE RAFFLE PARTICIPANT FOR HIS OR HER RAFFLE TICKET
WITHOUT INTEREST. THE PARTICIPANT WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD CHESEDCHICAGO HARMLESS AGAINST ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE INCURRED BY CHESEDCHICAGO BY REASON OF ANY ACTION OR OMISSION OF THE PARTICIPANT, HIS/HER EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, FAMILY AND GUESTS.

ChesedChicago has the right to deny anyone entry, and to cancel and/or revoke any entry without notice, based on prior sums due and owing for previous raffles. Additionally, in the event that any amounts are due and owing by a raffle participant, any payments made to purchase tickets to the 2026 Tesla Raffle will be applied to the entrants’ prior balance without further notice to the entrant.

According to the Internal Revenue Service the purchase of a raffle ticket is not treated as a tax-deductible contribution. Please contact your tax advisor for further information.

ChesedChicago Tesla Early Bird Raffle Official Rules & Regulations
You are responsible for reading these official rules and regulations. The Tesla Early Bird Raffle drawing will be held on a date to be determined, May 2026 or June 2026. The drawing is limited to a maximum of 9,999 entrants. The odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold. The Early Bird Prize winner will receive: a choice of Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max or Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, valued at approximately $1,299.99
Tickets will be awarded on a one-to-one basis to all Tesla Grand Prize Raffle ticket purchasers for the number of tickets purchased for the Tesla Grand Prize Raffle. These entries will be placed into a pool independent of the Grand Prize Drawing. The deadline for ticket entries will be on May 25, 2026 at 11:59 pm. The Tesla Grand Prize Raffle and the Tesla Early Bird Raffle drawings will be held independently of each other and winning the Tesla Early Bird Raffle will have no effect on the entries for the Tesla Grand Prize Raffle.
ChesedChicago will ship and insure the winner's prize to an address within the contiguous 48 United States or Canada.
